Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $150 within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: A flat rate of $21.99 for faster delivery within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and order weight. Please contact us at hello@hypedevi.com for a shipping quote.

Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: We are a made-to-order studio and each one of our items take about 8 to 10 hours of manual work to be fulfilled. We take about 7 business days to fulfill each order. Larger orders with more than 10 items can take significantly longer than usual processing time.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that we are a “made-to-order” design studio, and each order is prepared individually for you once received. 

    • Standard Shipping: 20-25 business days within the United States.
    • Expedited Shipping: 7-14 business days within the United States.
    • International Shipping: Lead times vary based on the destination. Please reach out to hello@hypedevi.com to get more information. 

Shipping Carrier

We primarily use USPS or FedEx for domestic shipping. For international shipping, we may use other carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Shipping Carrier's website. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@hypedevi.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

International Shipping

  • Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays, which can affect delivery times.
